Three injured when semitrailer, car collide head-on in Liberty
Three people were injured early this morning when a semitrailer and car collided head-on in Liberty.
The collision occurred about 4:45 a.m. along Missouri 291 near South Missouri Street. Three people were taken to the hospital. The extent of their injuries was not available this morning.
The crash closed both directions of Missouri 291 for a while, but the highway reopened by 7 a.m., according to dispatchers.
