Rollover crash injures two in south St. Louis County

ST. LOUIS COUNTY • Two people were thrown from a car and seriously injured early Tuesday in a single-car crash on Military Road near Waller Avenue, police say.

The crash happened at about 2 a.m.

The car, a 1999 silver BMW, went off the road at a curve, struck a guardrail and rolled. Both the driver, a 26-year-old woman, and her passenger, a 28-year-old man, were thrown from the car.

Both were taken to a hospital and expected to survive, police say. Their conditions were unavailable.

An accident reconstruction team is investigating the cause of the crash. Police say no one was ticketed or charged in the crash.
