Four injured in Cedar County crash
Four Stockton residents were hurt in a two-vehicle accident Thursday on Route V south of Stockton.
The accident occurred around 8:10 a.m., when a car driven by 46-year-old Neal Bough turned in front of another car driven by Shanna Blackmore, 25, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol.
Bough’s vehicle was headed east on Route V. Blackmore was driving west.
The patrol said Blackmore and passenger Phoenix Angel, 4, suffered serious injuries. A third passenger in Blackmore’s car, Willow Angel, 2, and Bough suffered minor injuries.
Blackmore and Phoenix Angel were taken by air ambulance to St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
Willow Angel was also taken to St. John’s Hospital, but by private vehicle.
Bough was transported by private vehicle to Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar.
