When meeting with the client for the first time, we are often asked what the value of their case is. Please keep in mind that each case will be determined on an individual basis on its own merit. When determining how much the case is worth we will look at a multitude of factors. Some factors that will be included in the value of the case will be any past medical bills you have incurred as a result of your incident and any medical bills you will incur in the future as a result. If you've been off work, we will also include any lost wage damages you may have incurred as a result - and, of course, any pain and suffering damages you have experienced as a result of the incident.
